Job Title: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation – Mental Health Sector)

As we expand our outreach in Jaipur, we’re looking for dynamic professionals passionate about healthcare and technology to join our team.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who can drive lead generation through both online channels and on-ground visits to relevant healthcare facilities in Jaipur. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the mental health ecosystem, is persuasive, and thrives on achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Lead Generation (Online & Network-Based):

Identify and connect with potential partners (clinics, therapists, hospitals, etc.) via platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Justdial, Practo, and internal contact networks.


Qualify leads, set up meetings/demos, and maintain lead pipelines through CRM tools.


On-Ground Outreach (Jaipur Field Visits):

Visit clinics, psychiatric hospitals, mental wellness centers, and hospitals with neuro/psychology departments across Jaipur.


Pitch NEMA AI’s products and solutions to decision-makers and practitioners.


Distribute marketing material and conduct on-the-spot product demos or schedule deeper consultations.


Sales & Conversion:

Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and partner onboarding.


Track conversion rates and follow up consistently for closure.


Ensure smooth onboarding of clinics and doctors with support from the internal team.


Reporting & Collaboration:

Maintain detailed records of visits, conversations, and outcomes.


Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve messaging based on field insights.


Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).


1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or field sales.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Comfortable with fieldwork across Jaipur and using digital tools for lead management.


Passionate about mental health and eager to make an impact in this space.
