Job Description

1. Client Acquisition & Opportunity Development Identify and engage with potential clients in luxury residential, corporate, real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors . Initiate business discussions around home automation, AV installations (home theaters, lounge music systems), enterprise networking, CCTV/smart security, and BMS integration . Generate leads through networking, industry events, digital outreach, and referrals. 2. Consultative & Technical Selling Understand client requirements and propose tailored ASIT solutions.. Collaborate with internal solution architects to deliver detailed proposals, tech briefs, and demos. 3. Strategic Partnerships Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and developers to generate consistent project leads. Participate in bid processes, RFP submissions, and co-branded business development efforts. 4. Market Research & Business Intelligence Monitor market trends in smart home, commercial AV, networking, and surveillance systems . Track competitor offerings, pricing models, and emerging technologies to refine NEBBIUS' go-to-market strategies. 5. Pipeline & Revenue Management Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools and provide periodic reports on revenue targets, conversion rates, and prospect follow-ups. Work closely with the leadership team to support quarterly and annual revenue goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Electronics; MBA preferred . 2–5 years of experience in business development, presales, or technical sales in smart automation, AV systems, networking, security integration, or BMS . Strong understanding of technology integration in real estate and corporate environments . Excellent communication, client handling, and solution pitching skills. Confidence in high-level meetings with developers, CXOs, and consultants. Ability to work independently, travel as required, and meet revenue targets. Show more Show less
