Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets of the assigned territory through strategic planning, client visits, relationship building, and effective product presentations.
  • Independently prepare and manage sales pipeline reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Generate high-quality leads through strong networking, market research, referrals, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and other key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers, highlighting company USPs.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Coordination team to prepare competitive quotations and ensure timely submission.
  • Drive follow-ups on quotations and negotiations to ensure order closures.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to strengthen business strategy and market positioning.
  • Mentor and guide junior executives (BDEs) in lead generation, client engagement, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate reports on visits, opportunities, pipeline, closures, and client interactions for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 13 years of proven experience

    in Business Development / Sales (Building Materials / Construction industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
