Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and driven Business Development Executives to play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs, positioning our solutions, and building lasting relationships. If you are passionate about consultative selling, technology, and business growth, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and consult them on suitable MyOperator solutions (IVR, Call Tracking, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)
  • Identify prospects’ pain points and recommend the right product fit through a consultative approach.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — from lead outreach to closure and payment.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales data on CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Customer Success, Quality, and Product) to ensure smooth client onboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, or revenue-driven outbound roles.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or cloud-based solutions (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
