Business Development Executive / Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to join us on a freelance basis, with the option of either a commission-based or fixed salary arrangement. As a Business Development Executive/Manager, your main responsibilities will include developing new clients to enhance our client base, increase market share, and contribute to the company's growth. You will be expected to identify new leads and opportunities, manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiations, and engage in various sales activities such as prospecting, managing proposals, scheduling client meetings, and maintaining sales forecasts. To excel in this role, you must proactively prospect for new clients, conduct cold calls within your market or geographic area, and leverage your network to meet potential clients and decision-makers. Building and nurturing relationships with clients is crucial, and you will be responsible for setting up meetings with client decision-makers. The ideal candidate should possess strong self-motivation, excellent independent work skills, and have experience in selling and scaling software consulting services. In terms of compensation, the consultant will receive generous compensation on a commission basis. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours, work from a home office, and manage your schedule. The initial salary structure will be entirely profit-sharing for the first 3 to 6 months, transitioning to a combination of fixed salary and profit-sharing based on performance thereafter.
