Job Role:

As a Senior IT Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions. Your extensive experience will guide strategic initiatives and mentor junior team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their complex IT needs and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Present compelling proposals and solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of client requirements and industry insights.
  • Act as a thought leader by staying updated

    on IT trends, sharing knowledge with clients, and contributing to the company’s business strategy.
  • Train and mentor junior business development staff, fostering a culture of learning and achievement.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales metrics and forecasts to senior management.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in IT business development with 4+ years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of IT products and services, including enterprise solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and a client-first mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
