Business Development Executive

About UsLogical InfoSoft Pvt Ltd, with its marketing division Logical Media, provides a wide range of solutions including IT development, SaaS automation, digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Jaipur office and help drive our B2B sales efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with SMEs, startups, and enterprises. Pitch IT services (custom software, SaaS solutions, web & app development) as well as digital marketing services (branding, social media, SEO, performance marketing, PR). Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals/presentations in collaboration with strategy teams. Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition. Represent Logical InfoSoft at industry events and networking sessions when required. Ensure smooth handover of converted clients to project/account managers. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in B2B business development. Preferred: Experience in IT sales / digital marketing sales. Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) with proven client-facing experience. Ability to explain complex IT and marketing services to prospects with clarity. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and client reporting. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred QualificationsFemale candidates preferred. Prior exposure to branding, marketing, SaaS, or IT services sales. Network/contacts in SME, startup, or fashion/retail industry would be a plus.
