Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 6 months of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, be comfortable working in an aggressive and high-performance environment, and possess in-depth knowledge of industry-standard tools. If you’re passionate about design, thrive under deadlines, and are eager to experiment with creative technologies (including Generative AI), we want you on our team. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create engaging visual content for digital & print platforms. Develop branding materials such as logos, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Work closely with marketing & content teams to translate concepts into compelling designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Optimize graphics for different digital platforms & campaigns. Incorporate feedback and adapt designs quickly. Explore and integrate Generative AI tools into design workflows (if applicable). Required Skills & Tools KnowledgeGraphic Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW. Motion & Video Editing (Preferred): Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva (Pro). UI/UX Design (Bonus): Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. Generative AI Tools (Bonus): Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create both static and animated designs. Problem-solving skills and creative thinking. RequirementsMinimum 6 months of proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Must have own compatible system/laptop with necessary software installed. Ability to work on-site in our Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur office. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and aggressive work culture. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
