As a Business Analyst – SaaS Sales, you will play a hybrid role that bridges sales, business analysis, and client success. The role demands strong skills in understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, driving the SaaS sales cycle, and ensuring alignment between client needs and product capabilities. Exposure to CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and business process documentation. Bonus if you have experience in the jewellery, retail, or ERP domain. What will you do: Drive end-to-end SaaS sales cycles: lead qualification, demos, proposals, and closures. Conduct requirement analysis sessions with jewellery business clients and document needs. Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and client onboarding. Create functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and business workflows. Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals, upsell, and long-term retention. Monitor industry trends and provide insights for continuous product improvement. Report weekly/monthly sales and BA performance to stakeholders.
