Key Responsibilities. Identify and engage potential buyers and investors to facilitate the sale of residential and commercial properties, including plots, for both new developments and resale. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Convert leads generated by the sales team into successful transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners to maximize business opportunities. Explore and implement new lead generation strategies to expand the customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully.
