Job Title: Business Development Executive
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build and convert a qualified pipeline, collaborate with partners, and maintain structured reporting to achieve business goals. This role offers excellent learning and career advancement opportunities within the cloud and IT solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and achieve assigned annual sales targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through effective prospecting.
  • Progress qualified leads into closed deals.
  • Collaborate with OEM and distributor partners to cross-sell and close business.
  • Maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales reports for internal business reviews.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within cloud solutions, technology, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify, qualify, and generate leads independently.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience in working with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in preparing sales reports.

Good to Have:

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a technical background.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and enterprise customer behavior.
  • Experience selling to large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
