🔹 About the Role

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, conducting product demos, and assisting in converting leads for our healthcare software solutions such as SoftClinic, SoftDicom, and other JVS products.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, confident, and passionate about sales in the healthcare IT sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients such as clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update lead databases regularly.

2. Client Communication

  • Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and product demo sessions with prospects.
  • Follow up consistently to improve conversion chances.

3. Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct online or onsite demos of our HMS/EMR/PACS software.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable product modules.
  • Assist in responding to client queries.

4. Sales Support

  • Coordinate with the Senior BDE/BDM and prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Support in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, support, and implementation teams.
  • Take client feedback and communicate it to the product team.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, meetings, demos, and conversions.
  • Update CRM or lead tracker regularly.

🔹 Required Skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong convincing ability and confidence in dealing with doctors and hospital administrators.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows (training will be provided).
  • Ability to learn software products quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, email drafting, Zoom/Meet.

🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer handling, or business development.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
