Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This hybrid role combines field sales and inside sales responsibilities, focusing on generating leads, engaging with clients, and driving revenue through innovative SaaS solutions. If you have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients via cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Manage the sales funnel by generating qualified leads and scheduling impactful product demonstrations.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Understand client challenges and tailor SaaS solutions that align with their unique business needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.

Training & Onboarding

  • Equip prospects with comprehensive training to facilitate seamless adoption of JUGL in their organizations.
  • Guide clients through onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication to provide outstanding customer service and support.

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Sales Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at surpassing revenue goals.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) graduates are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently with a strong results orientation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
