Focus AreaSegment: K–12Market: Global (ANZ, UK, US, Middle East)Learning Domains: Academic subjects, Non-Academic subjects, Communication Skills, Competitive Exam Prep, and Skill-Based LearningWhat This Role Is AboutAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving student enrollments and revenue growth, primarily catering to AUS, ANZ, UK-US-based parents during day and night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and align with Connect2Learn’s vision, mission, and growth objectives.Engage with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining trust with existing ones.Clearly communicate course structures, learning outcomes, pricing, and teacher profiles.Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.Follow up rigorously with leads and ensure high conversion rates.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.Be comfortable conducting live video counseling sessions with parents.Collaborate closely with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.What Makes You a Good FitPrerequisitesBachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline).6 months to 1 years of experience in EdTech Sales preferred.Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.Excellent spoken and written English communication.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced startup environment.Immediate joiners preferred.Compensation & Work DetailsCTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA + performance-based incentivesShift: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones) and Day Shift (aligned with ANZ, UAE time zones )Location: On-siteConnect2Learn Office | Kolkata (Details to be shared during interview)What’s In It for YouOpportunity to grow with a scaling EdTech startupMerit-based culture where performance directly impacts growth and earningsHigh learning exposure across sales, customer psychology, and EdTech operationsFast-track career progression for consistent performers
