About the Role

We are looking for Business Development Interns who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to Jobgenix’s growth initiatives. You will support our outreach, partnerships, and data-driven business strategies while gaining hands-on experience in business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with new colleges, organizations, and potential business partners.
• Assist in lead generation and partnership outreach activities.
• Research market trends and prepare insights to support business strategy.
• Maintain and update CRM data, reports, and dashboards.
• Support the business team in planning and executing growth campaigns.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / BBA (Marketing, Operations, or related specialization).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference for candidates with placement cell experience, entrepreneurial mindset, or campus engagement background.
