About the Role

We are seeking a resilient and empathetic Business Development Executive to drive our company's expansion in the dynamic IT services landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Expertise:

    Drive sales for IT services including web and software development, website design, iOS/Android mobile applications, custom solutions, and system integration to diverse client segments.
  • Network Leverage:

    Utilize a robust network of contacts to uncover new business opportunities and forge strategic relationships with leading corporates.
  • Opportunity Identification:

    Spot emerging business prospects, build a qualified sales pipeline, and develop/execute targeted strategies to meet sales goals and broaden our client base.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management:

    Oversee the end-to-end sales processfrom lead generation and qualification to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Monitor current market and industry trends to position our solutions effectively and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Client-Centric Approach:

    Deeply understand customer needs and requirements to tailor pitches and solutions that deliver tangible value.
  • Product Demonstrations:

    Conduct compelling online demos to showcase our services and convert prospects into committed clients.
  • Prospecting and Outreach:

    Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and events to spark interest and highlight our value proposition.
  • Account Growth:

    Align with business targets to expand account revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong, enduring client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Compile, analyze, and summarize sales data into actionable reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience:

    Proven track record of 3+ years in IT sales/business development, with a focus on generating revenue through pain-point identification and solution mapping.
  • Strategic Mindset:

    Strong strategic thinking to navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in crafting business proposals, PowerPoint decks, and professional email correspondence.
    • Solid knowledge of inside sales techniques and tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot).
    • Excellent networking prowess to build and maintain high-value connections.
  • Personal Attributes:

    Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident; positive attitude with resilience in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and polished presentation skills.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
