About the Role

MERN Stack Developer

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and maintain modern applications that deliver seamless and reliable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Backend (Express.js & Node.js)

• Architect and implement

  RESTful APIs and microservices

  with Express.js (expert level).
• Develop and optimize

  custom middleware

  for authentication, logging, error handling, and request validation.
• Build

  scalable backend systems

  with a focus on security, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring robust data handling.
• Monitor and optimize application performance under

  high concurrency and load conditions

  .

Frontend (React.js & Next.js)

• Build dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components with

  React.js

  .
• Implement Next.js rendering strategies:

• ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration)

  for near real-time updates.

• SSG (Static Site Generation)

  for fast static builds.

• SSR (Server-Side Rendering)

  for SEO-friendly dynamic pages.

• CSR (Client-Side Rendering)

  for interactive and personalized experiences.
• Apply

  performance optimization techniques

  like code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Maintain

  state management

  with Redux, Context API, or modern alternatives (Zustand/Recoil).

General Development & Collaboration

• Write

  clean, maintainable, and testable code

  following industry best practices.
• Conduct

  code reviews, unit/integration testing, and debugging

  .
• Implement

  secure authentication and authorization flows

  (JWT, OAuth2).
• Work with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Collaborate in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments with product, design, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Backend (Expert):

  Express.js (routing, middleware, async programming, error handling).

• Database (Advanced):

  Aggregation pipelines, transactions, indexing, cursors, change streams, sharding, and replication.

• Frontend (Proficient):

  React.js + Next.js (ISR, SSR, SSG, CSR), state management, responsive UI development.

• Other:

  Git/GitHub, REST API design, secure coding practices, performance optimization.

• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  GraphQL, WebSockets/Socket.io, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Jest/Mocha/Cypress testing frameworks.
