MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Backend (Node.js + Express)

• Develop robust backend services using

  Node.js

  Express.js

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and payment gateways.
• Work with database schemas, indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Implement security best practices across the backend stack.
  

Frontend (React.js)

• Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications using

  React.js

• Develop reusable components, hooks, and UI logic using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth, consistent UI/UX.
• Optimize pages for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  

Full Stack Responsibilities

• Own features from planning development deployment.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented code across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control, branching, and code reviews.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

• Solid experience building REST APIs and handling authentication.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript (optional), ES6+.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API).
