Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with deep experience in paid acquisition for SaaS, mobile apps, and B2C brands. The ideal candidate has a strong agency background and a proven ability to scale ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role will own end-to-end performance strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting.

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth
• Manage Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
• Run and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Develop keyword strategies, audience segments, and conversion funnels
• Build high-converting landing pages with clear messaging, USPs, and CTAs
• Track and analyse daily performance metrics including CAC, CPL, and ROAS
• Conduct A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, and audience groups
• Collaborate with designers to produce impactful creatives
• Set up remarketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven success in managing and scaling high-budget paid campaigns
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and experimentation mindset
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Ability to improve funnel performance and optimise conversions
• Experience in SaaS or digital marketing agencies is a strong advantage
