Business Development Executive - International IT Sales

As a Business Development Executive for international IT sales at our Pune office in WTC Tower 1, Kharadi, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and driving revenue growth across various regions like the UK, US, UAE, Europe, Middle East, and EMEA. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will be key to successfully generating leads and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets. - Proactively connect with prospects to understand their business needs and offer relevant solutions. - Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity conversion. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements. - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reports on pipeline status and KPIs. - Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to business growth initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or SaaS sales, with a focus on international markets. - Proven track record in lead generation, enterprise sales, and customer acquisition. - Exposure to technologies such as AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ERP solutions, and Cloud Services is highly beneficial. - Experience in contract staffing or time & material resource deployment in overseas markets is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. - Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to independently hunt and close leads. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with foreign language skills considered a bonus.
