About the Role

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close leads for IT services (custom software, solutions, and products).
  • Manage complete

    sales cycle

    : prospecting demo negotiation closure.
  • Handle

    US & Europe clients

    through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce/MS CRM).
  • Upsell & cross-sell services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years

    of experience in

    International IT Sales / Software Sales / Inside Sales

    .
  • Strong experience in

    B2B sales

    with

    North America & Europe clients

    .
  • Knowledge of

    solution selling

    & software services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
