About the Role We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive IT Services & Software Sales in the US & Europe markets . If you have experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, and end-to-end IT solution selling , this role offers exciting growth opportunities with attractive incentives. Key Responsibilities Generate and close leads for IT services (custom software, solutions, and products). Manage complete sales cycle : prospecting demo negotiation closure. Handle US & Europe clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Maintain and update leads in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce/MS CRM). Upsell & cross-sell services to existing customers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams for smooth operations. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in International IT Sales / Software Sales / Inside Sales . Strong experience in B2B sales with North America & Europe clients . Knowledge of solution selling & software services. Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
