Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through

  email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

  .
• Manage and track client interactions using CRM tools.
• Research and identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities.
• Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to build client pipelines.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure aligned communication strategies.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to conversion.
• Maintain reports and dashboards for business development activities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Business Development, preferably in the creative/design/marketing sector.
• Proficiency in

  email marketing tools, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM systems

  (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative design services.
• Experience with automation tools for outreach and lead generation.
