Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue business opportunities in defined markets.
Continuously research and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Execute business development activities through multiple channels, including existing network, social platforms, cold calling, and email campaigns to schedule meetings with prospects.
Understand client needs, challenges, and requirements; provide accurate information, propose suitable solutions, and drive successful deal closures.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue as set by the organization.
Work closely with leadership to define sales goals, strategies, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities using CRM tools and relevant software.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients during meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute effective marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
Work on targets and under pressure, as this is a hardcore sales profile.
