Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential leads through multiple channels, including B2C and B2B outreach.
Create compelling, personalized pitches and conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Apply effective communication and persuasion techniques to achieve sales and engagement goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for mentees, resolving academic/technical queries and guiding them on program outcomes.
Collect feedback from mentees and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring collaboration opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement engagement strategies with engineering colleges and academic institutions across India.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and new opportunities.
Work closely with leadership (including the CMO) on SMO management, revenue generation, and evolving responsibilities as per business growth.
