Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Identify target companies and decision-makers (HR, L&D, Talent Management).
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to create new opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct meetings with potential clients (virtual or in-person) to understand training requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Solution Pitching: Present tailored corporate training programs and upskilling solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, pricing, and lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
