Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and online research.
  • Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Research organizations and individuals to identify potential leads and new market opportunities, especially via digital channels.
  • Client Outreach: Contact prospective customers via phone or email to build rapport, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Customer Data Collection: Gather and verify customer details including names, addresses, and contact numbers for further processing.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and respond to queries effectively to guide them through the sales pipeline.
  • Opportunity Handoff: Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closure of deals.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • CRM Management: Accurately enter, verify, and back up customer and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Submit daily work reports and maintain detailed documentation as per ISO standards.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned lead generation and sales targets.
  • Documentation Compliance: Maintain inquiry records and related documentation in line with company processes and ISO life cycle requirements.
