We're Hiring: Business Development Associate

Location: Mumbai | Full-Time | Permanent Role


We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development professional with hands-on experience in handling Amazon & Flipkart seller ecosystems.


If you have a knack for building relationships, closing deals, and driving online sales growth – this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Amazon & Flipkart sellers
  • Identify new sellers, qualify leads, negotiate, and onboard them
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless seller experience
  • Track performance and grow your category's presence and revenue
  • Be a key contributor to driving business growth and platform success


Who You Are:

  • 1–5 years of experience working on Amazon/Flipkart platforms
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with data – analyze metrics and make informed decisions
  • Proven success in Saas sales and managing seller relationships
  • Flexible to work beyond regular hours when needed
  • A team player with a solutions-driven mindset
