Job Description

Overview As a DSP Associate Client Solution Manger/Client Solution Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner to our clients, owning end-to-end planning, execution, and performance optimization of Amazon DSP campaigns. You will deliver full-funnel campaigns focused on driving awareness, consideration, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Amazon DSP for brands across multiple verticals. Identify brand objectives and build custom DSP media plans aligned with KPIs. Set up campaigns with correct targeting, inventory, and creatives. Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets on a daily/weekly basis. Optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CVR, and Brand Reach. Deliver regular performance updates and strategic reviews to clients. Provide insights into customer journey behaviour using DSP and AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) data. Troubleshoot delivery issues and make real-time adjustments. Provide actionable recommendations based on audience and placement performance. Stay updated with DSP platform changes, new features, and best practices. Qualifications 2 - 5years of experience with Amazon DSP or other programmatic platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders. Deep understanding of media KPIs and eCommerce objectives. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Amazon Ads Console, and DSP reporting.
