Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Networking, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads, build strong sales pipelines, and convert them into potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales (service-based company preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal).
