Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will handle inbound sales inquiries, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer retention strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills
• Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
