Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Leverage remote job portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer and offline portals like LinkedIn) to identify and pursue high-quality leads and job opportunities. Conduct market research to uncover new business prospects and client segments. Develop and implement creative strategies to tap into new markets and expand the company’s client base. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across internal teams. Proposal & Presentation Development Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling, customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition. Tailor solutions to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences. Lead proposal discussions and confidently present to prospective clients. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate contract terms that meet both client expectations and company objectives. Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process to successfully close deals. Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay up to date with industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to inform strategic sales approaches. Analyze client feedback and market insights to identify improvement areas and new opportunities for growth. Reporting & Internal Communication Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunity pipeline, and revenue forecasts to leadership. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategy, planning, and goal setting. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Exceptional ability to source leads and secure new business via remote job portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and offline/online platforms including LinkedIn. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting contractual goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. Solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. (Add-on) Prior experience managing client relationships in the IT sector is a strong advantage.
