We are currently looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell courier services to individual clients and businesses. Reach out to potential leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Provide accurate information on pricing, delivery options, and service timelines. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Maintain organized records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools. Represent the company in a professional and client-focused manner. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team .
