Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role focuses on expanding our dealer network, nurturing existing business relationships, and achieving sales targets in the B2B space. If you’re passionate about sales, networking, and client relationship management — we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing dealers. Support dealers with product information, pricing, and marketing assistance. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Represent the company in client meetings, product demos, and industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations. Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights. Candidate Requirements: Gender: Female candidates preferred. Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, business development, or client relationship roles (preferably B2B). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Prior experience in Security/Automation/Smart Parking industries is a plus but not mandatory.
