Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying potential clients and business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking. You will be responsible for pitching our services/products to prospective clients, following up on leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts. It is essential to work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keeping records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools, as well as staying updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, are crucial aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking - Pitch services/products to prospective clients and follow up on leads - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success - Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams - Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Good organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred that candidates have previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in a specific industry field (e.g., digital marketing, SaaS, e-commerce) is a plus. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of working from home. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift, and weekend availability.
