Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive our sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, social media, etc.) Pitch services/products to potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery Create and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client feedback Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Skills (Optional): Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales Familiarity with digital marketing services/products (if relevant) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,513.15 - ₹39,949.81 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
