As a Business Development Executive for residential apartments and villas, your role involves generating leads through networking, field activities, and channel partners. You will be responsible for conducting property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers, understanding client needs, recommending suitable residential units, and negotiating and closing sales to meet monthly targets. It is essential to maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through networking, field activities, and channel partners. - Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential units. - Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets. - Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree; 14 years of real estate sales experience preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas) is an advantage.
