Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales team for daily tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
• Create and manage Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, service) to ensure smooth workflows
• Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidates only
• B.Com graduate or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English & Hindi (verbal + written)

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
