Our Business Development Executives help students understand their options, evaluate their goals, and confidently move towards the right admissions pathway.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students to explain courses, colleges, and admission pathways
Understand their goals, questions, and challenges to provide personalised direction
Build trust and rapport through clear, confident communication
Maintain structured follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline
Convert warm leads into admissions using professional, value-based persuasion
Keep CRM logs, call details, and follow-up schedules updated
Collaborate with counselling, operations, and admissions teams for a smooth workflow
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Ability to understand student needs and provide clarity
Persuasive communicator with an ethical sales approach
Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling & follow-up ability is mandatory
Strong growth opportunities into Senior BDE, Team Lead, or Admissions Strategist
