Job Description

The company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive Enterprise Sales to join their team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will excel at driving high-value sales, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by closing enterprise-level deals. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about driving business success in the IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions domain. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to target enterprise-level clients, identifying business opportunities, driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, building customized solutions, and proposals for client-specific needs. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations, scheduling meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, and ensuring exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients. The Business Development Executive will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery of solutions, conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients, monitor competitors, adapt sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term agreements and partnerships aligning with the company's growth objectives. Qualifications include a minimum graduate degree in any discipline, proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment, strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred), excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, and self-motivation, goal-orientation, and teamwork. Prior experience in enterprise sales or business development is highly preferred, though freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
