About the Role:

Business Development Executive (Enterprise Sales)

hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the enterprise segment
• Conduct market research to map out potential clients in the Bangalore region
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, etc.)
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with solutions
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads and promote the company
  

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with a strong focus on client acquisition
• Excellent understanding of the Bangalore market and enterprise ecosystem
• Proven track record of hunting new clients and achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
