Demould is a fast-growing bakery and gifting brand based in Delhi, known for its luxurious handcrafted hampers, designer cakes, and premium desserts. We specialise in bulk gifting for weddings, corporates, and social events, and supply edibles to gifting companies and event curators.

Role Objective:

event planners, venue owners, hamper curators, and corporate gifting companies

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential B2B clients including:

• Event planners and wedding curators
• Venue owners (banquets, hotels, party halls)
• Gift hamper and corporate gifting companies
• PR agencies and HR teams of mid-to-large corporates
• Pitch Demould’s products and services in a consultative manner
• Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain partnerships
• Convert warm and cold leads through persuasion and relationship building
• Share catalogs, conduct tastings, and schedule follow-up meetings
• Track and report progress of all leads and partnership statuses
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and client onboarding
• Maintain client database and update interactions via CRM tools
• Identify new B2B growth opportunities and market trends in gifting space

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in events, hospitality, or gifting industry)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive, confident, and goal-driven with strong follow-up ability
• Willingness to travel for meetings and client visits across Delhi NCR
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience dealing with event planners or corporates is a plus
