Job Description

Creative keedas is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency.

As a Business Development Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. Your expertise in digital marketing, combined with your strong sales skills, will play a pivotal role in the agency's success. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams to identify opportunities, create effective sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels

including networking, cold calling, and digital

platforms.

● Create compelling sales presentations,

demonstrating the value of digital marketing

services to prospects.

● Engage with prospects to understand their business

goals and provide tailored digital marketing

solutions.

● Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close

deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

● Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with

clients, ensuring repeat business and high client

retention.

● Track sales targets, maintain a robust pipeline of

opportunities, and provide regular progress reports

to the management team.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor

offerings, and the latest digital marketing strategies

to better position the agency’s services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a

related field.

● Proven experience in sales/business development,

preferably in a digital marketing or

technology-related field.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with

the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills,

with the ability to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with

a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
