Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound sales and a strong understanding of services like FSSAI registration, GST registration, Trademark filing, and Company Incorporation. You will play a key role in converting leads, providing information to clients, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable legal/compliance services.
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp until conversion.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation procedures.
• Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience, preferably in legal/compliance services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
• Good understanding of FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
