Join Cobide Global as a Business Development Partner – RPO Sales Specialist.

Founded in 2021, Cobide Global is a boutique recruitment and consultancy firm specializing in Salesforce & Servicenow tech talent. Our mission is simple: connect top-tier professionals with innovative organizations, while empowering recruiters and business developers with the freedom and flexibility to build their own desk, their own way.

As part of our strategic rebuild, we’re seeking experienced business development professionals to join us as independent sales partners — high-performing closers who can bring in RPO and recruitment contracts, drive revenue, and help stabilize and grow the business. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial sales leaders who thrive on ownership, want uncapped earnings, and understand the urgency of building something real.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales lead with cold calls/email marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Set and exceed sales quotas to become exceptional sales hunter.
  • Prospect clients and understand their needs
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Perform full cycle Sales process, including lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
  • Experience in managing a book of business


Who We’re Looking For

You are a mid/senior-level business development executive with a strong track record in selling recruitment, RPO, or HR solutions. You understand the full sales cycle and can independently prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A history of successfully closing B2B recruitment or RPO contracts
  • Strong networks with HR, TA, and procurement leaders in tech or professional services
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and the drive to build your own book without a base salary
  • Experience or connections in the Tricity (NY/NJ/ market (preferred but not required — we welcome experienced sales professionals in all locations)
