In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lasting relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales, networking, and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events Proactively approach companies with active or forecasted hiring requirements Schedule and lead discovery meetings with hiring decision-makers Present and promote Org Linked’s recruitment solutions to HR leaders, hiring managers, and C-level executives Build and nurture long-term relationships to secure repeat business Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or recruitment business development Proven track record in cold calling and closing new business deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo , or other CRM platforms Mandatory: Prior experience in the recruitment/staffing industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Highly self-driven with a target-oriented and growth-focused mindset Show more Show less
