Desired Candidate Profile: The dedicated Business Development Consultant is responsible for acquisitions of companies and for Generating Revenue for the Company. Focus on the acquisition of new customers across India, Client acquisition (IT Companies). Business Development Will be involved in Client Acquisition or Business Development. Will have to bring in new clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to the Company. Must be an individual contributor. Must have strong track record in India IT Staffing business or IT Solution Sales. Proven experience with Captives. Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Well versed with MS EXCEL and PowerPoint. Must possess experience in preparing and presenting business plan. Good Experience with new business development and account mining. Good in cross-selling and up-selling. Client meeting/Client Acquisition & Onboarding. Stakeholders Management internal & external.
