Project Objective:

To recruit 1–3 capable Business Development Executives for on-site work at our Jaipur office within 30–45 days who meet the following criteria:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Proven sales and negotiation ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Minimum 1 year of experience (internships included)
• Educational background: Graduate / BBA / MBA / Postgraduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prospect and connect with potential B2B clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Pitch Click Exim’s trade data services (offline reports & online access)
• Conduct product demos and virtual/in-person presentations
• Handle client queries, provide follow-ups, and maintain relationship pipelines
• Negotiate pricing and convert leads to sales
• Maintain organized records and sales data using Excel & internal tools

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters, Formatting)
• Confident in negotiations and client interactions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Well-versed with online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: BBA / MBA / Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience in B2B sales, data services, SaaS, or market intelligence preferred
• Completed internships in sales, marketing, or business development
• Jaipur-based or willing to relocate to Jaipur for on-site work
