Role Description: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the IT services sector, including businesses in need of web development, software solutions, cloud services, and other IT-based solutions. Cold Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via emails, calls, and social media platforms to generate new business leads. Client Relationship Building: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to better position our services. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client information, outreach activity, and follow-up details. Reporting: Track outreach efforts, client interactions, and sales pipeline to provide regular updates and performance metrics.
