Job Description – Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales Reports To: CEO / Sales Head Company: Zockethub Pvt. Ltd. 🔍 Role OverviewAt Zockethub, a Business Development Executive isn’t just chasing numbers — you're building confidence in our security and access control systems. Whether it's a builder installing CCTV on 100 flats, a gated community upgrading with boom barriers, or a retail store owner securing their premises — you're the one making it happen. This role is for someone who can close deals, build trust, and handle the back-and-forth that comes with real on-ground sales. You’ll receive leads from our tele-calling team, field marketing team, or platforms like JustDial/IndiaMART — and it’s your job to turn them into orders. You are also expected to generate your own leads through references, site observations, cold visits, and market connects. 🌟 Key Responsibilities🧱️ Lead Handling & Follow-UpHandle incoming leads routed by telecalling, field marketing executives, or digital platforms. Understand client needs across our core offerings: CCTV, biometric systems, intrusion alarms, solar fences, access control, boom barriers, sliding gates, and glass doors. Actively generate new leads through market visits, references, and networking. Update lead status daily in CRM/Google Sheets — no backlog, no confusion. 👷♂️ Site Visits & Technical UnderstandingVisit client locations to inspect entry points, DVR rack placement, cable routing, or gate movement for automation systems. Work closely with the technical team to note site feasibility. Build trust with builders, facility managers, homeowners’ associations, and business owners. 📁 Proposal Coordination & Product FitCoordinate internally for pricing and BOQs. Suggest the right products (Hikvision, CP Plus, ZKTeco, Honeywell, Tp-Link, ESSL, Stellar view.) based on site and budget. Present quotations in a clear, no-jargon format to clients and explain line items confidently. 💰 Closure & Payment Follow-upNegotiate smartly — no undercutting, but no over-promising. Get approvals/work orders and ensure clean handover to operations with clear documentation. Follow up on payments (advance and balance) and collect feedback post-installation. 🤝 Client CoordinationStay in touch till job completion — not just until PO is signed. Resolve concerns with operations proactively.
